Fine Print CLEAR AND SIMPLE


Rosemont Inn and Rosehaven Cottages are small businesses with a limited number of guest rooms and cottages.
For this reason, we have policies that assure the continuance of our business. If you have to cancel your reservation after the cancellation period, shorten your stay, or leave early, we expect payment for the full reservation. We do our best to find new guests and, if we are successful, your payment is fully refunded.

GENERAL POLICIES

►Check-In any time after 3:00 PM
► Check-Out by 11:00
►Smoke-Free Inn - Smoking is permitted on porches and in gardens.
►Alcohol is permitted.

►CHILDREN WELCOME

PET FRIENDLY

Dogs and Cats are welcome. We may need to specify appropriate accommodation for larger dogs. $25 Pet Fee per Room-Cottage/per Stay. Pet parents are responsible for damage to furniture, furnishings and garden plantings.  

PAYMENT

►Three+ Night Reservations - One night is charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation.
Balance due is charged to the credit card on file at the cancellation date.
►One-Two Night Reservations - Full amount charged at the cancellation.
►Last Minute Reservations – Full amount charged at the time the reservation is made.
►Multiple Rooms-Cottages/Multiple Nights - 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time the reservation is made. Balance due 15 days before the reservation date.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

► 5 day cancellation for weekends; 3 day cancellation for midweek reservations.
►15 day cancellation for Multiple Rooms-Cottages/Multiple Night reservations
►10 day cancellation for minor holidays (New Year’s Eve, Valentines, Labor Day, Memorial Day, July 4th)
►30 day for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas)
If cancellation requirements are not met, the card on file is charged the full amount of the reservation. Same policy applies to early departures and no-shows.  We hope your plans don't change, however if they do, please send an email to RosemontBB@aol.com with your cancellation request. You will receive a formal cancellation notice from us.

►WEATHER POLICY:

If roads into the city and the airport are closed, refunds will be made. This Refund Policy does not extend to events that are canceled. We cannot be responsible for weather conditions at point of departure and our standard cancellation policy applies.

►PROPERTY DAMAGE:

Registered guests are responsible for any property damages and are charged for repair or replacement costs if damages occur. The credit card on file is charged accordingly and you are supplied with details of the repairs or replacement required

GUEST COTTAGE EVENT POLICY

Our guest cottages are designed and priced for lodging only and for the number of guests per cottage shown on the website and on the reservations system. We define the appropriate number of visitors for each cottage at 2-6 depending on the size of the cottage. No event with guests exceeding 2-6 can be held in one of our cottages without approval and authorization by the owner. An additional charge, requirements, restrictions and responsibilities relating to the event will be sent to the registered guest for acceptance and approval. Cost for the event will be charged to the credit card on file in advance of the reservation date. An unauthorized event will be charged an amount appropriate to the number of guests attending, the presence of children, food, and/or entertainment. The amount charged for an unauthorized event will be at the sole discretion of the owner. The event fee with not include any costs for property damage. Property damaged will be assessed and charged separately.
