PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Weekend: Full amount charged 7 days before arrival for 1 & 2 night reservations.
- Week Days: Full amount charged 5 days before arrival for 1 & 2 night reservations.
- Same Day: Full amount charged immediately.
- 3-5 Nights: One night deposit charged; balance charged at cancellation date.
- 6+ Nights: 25% non-refundable deposit charged at confirmation; balance charged at 15 days.
- Minor Holidays: Full amount charged 10 days before arrival (Valentines, July 4 Weekend, etc.)
- Major Holidays: Full amount charged 30 days before arrival (Christmas Week, Thanksgiving Weekend)
- Multiple Cottages: 25% non-refundable deposit charged at confirmation; balance charged at 30 days.
- Weekend: 7 Day cancellation
- Week Days: 5 Day cancellation
- Same Day: No cancellation
- 3-5 Nights: 7 Day cancellation
- 6+ Nights: 15 Day cancellation
- Minor Holidays: 10 Day cancellation
- Major Holidays: 30 Day cancellation
- $25 Cancellation Fee
- Cancelation Policy applies to no-shows, early departures and guest created reservation errors.
- Non Smoking Cottages: Smoking allowed on private balconies, gardens and porches
- LODGING ONLY: We do not have permits for events. $1,000 fine is charged for illegal events.
- One Night Weekend/Holiday Reservations: Subject to change to another cottage.
- Children: Children of all ages are welcome as guests.
- Pets Welcome: $25 Pet Cleaning Fee charged. Dogs not allowed on furniture – added fee.
- Damage: Pet parents are responsible for damage caused by pets.
- Weather: Full refund if roads into city are closed and the airport is closed. Does not apply to canceled events or weather at point of departure or along the way.
