A Gift Certificate and brochure are placed in a Rosemont
envelope and sent to you.

We forward a copy of the Gift Certificate to you along with
the invoice, your credit card slip, and a self-addressed, stamped
envelope for returning the signed receipt. As soon as we receive
the signed credit card receipt, the lodging can be schedule.

A note is included on the Gift Certificate asking the recipient to
call Susan Maddox at Rosemont to schedule. This allows you to
not be “in the middle”, and, it really works better for everyone.

We treat Gift Certificates just like money. If the recipient uses less than
the amount, we refund the difference, and, if they want to increase the
booking, we charge them the difference – not you!
